I found a spot for my Army house and hearts. Wrote a big long meditation about it yesterday. Thought I posted it but I guess I didn’t. Oh well! 21 homes in 34 years of marriage/36 plus years in the Army for Sean. We met and married during that first assignment so our numbers are the same. It was a great experience from start to finish. Made a lot of mistakes, learned a lot. Cried a lot during a few assignments; laughed a lot during all of them. Prayed throughout the whole thing. Still do. We are grateful, we are hopeful, we are still together taking life one day at a time, always connected heart to heart! 😘 From our first assignment we have asked God to send us where He wanted us to be. We did the same thing for life after the Army. So here we are in SoCal! Let’s wait and see what happens! Maybe I’ll start a new house and hearts, emblazoned with ‘Home is where God sends us!’
