The title of my blog is also the name of a book I wrote that was published in 2012. My ‘About Me’ link tells more about it. But today is Divine Mercy Sunday so I share with you now an excerpt from that book. It’s about God’s amazing mercy.
I cling to my trust in the Lord’s Divine Mercy and remind myself that it doesn’t end here; it won’t end “like this” when things are very difficult.
One of my favorite sayings (I don’t know who said it; it’s not mine): ‘Everything will be okay in the end. If it isn’t okay, it isn’t the end.’ Of course, the end of our life here and Eternity in the presence of the Creator of the universe will be much more than ‘okay.’ The promise right now is enough.

I thank you for Your love and mercy,
Your strength and mercy,
Your wisdom and mercy,
Your presence and mercy,
Your forgiveness and mercy,
Your life and mercy…
